When you have completed those 3 steps mentioned above, it is time to reach out to your ex lover and let your new attitude of forgiveness, acceptance and ease of spirit to shine brightly.

Look for opportunities for self-expression and meaningful conversation and encourage your ex to share their thoughts, heart and mind with you. Getting ur ex back can obviously improve your outlook on everything!
