Depression Therapy
Feel even worse after depression therapy?
I have clinical depression and just started group therapy. I’ve been to two meetings and while it’s been helpful to talk to other people with the same illness, I feel even worse than before. is that normal? When will I start feeling better? My doctor also perscribed prozac for me. No snide/stupid/mean answers please. Thanks.
well in therapy you talk about your problems and i think you remember it and feel sad all over about it. i think sometimes talking about your problems actually makes it worse. like reopening a wound. and the meds will take a few weeks to start working
